Why is Post Rehab Important?

Once you finish your Physical Therapy and get full Range of Motion back, the work is not complete. Now you need to get stronger to prevent re-injury.  Your chances of getting injured are far greater when coming off an injury.

We will assess what is weak and what is tight to get you moving and feeling your best.  By collaborating with your PT and/or surgeon we will create the appropriate training program to get you stronger and regain that confidence on the field or in your daily life.

Our goal is to minimize your pain and maximize your performance!

How Does It Work?

Step 1: Schedule

Meet in person or over the phone to go over injury history and goals

Step 2: Check In

We will check in with your Doctor, PT or Surgeon to go over injury history and get cleared for activity

Step 3: Assessment

Once cleared, we will do a full movement screen to develop the correct exercise plan

Strength Training = Pain Relief

I used to get really bad neck pain every day.  Spending all day working on the computer and sitting at a desk, then playing with my kids I would be in pain.  After adding Strength Training to my life I have ZERO neck pain and can play with my kids.

Josh

I never thought I would be able to lift a heavy dumbbell again after having a shoulder replacement.  After a few months I regained almost full range of motion and now I have zero limitations in the gym.

Mike

I used to have really bad episodes of back pain that would keep me in bed for days.  Since incorporating Strength Training and Mobility work I cannot remember the last time I’ve had any tightness, let alone pain.
