How does it work?

Step 1: Schedule

Meet in person or through Zoom to discuss goals and decide if we are the right fit for you

Step 2: Assessment

We will put you through a series of tests in the gym to determine your exact starting point, along with our thorough nutrition intake.  You will then receive a custom training plan with progressions based on your goals as well as a nutrition plan that is specific for you

Step 3: Train Hard, Get Results

You will meet with your Trainer each week to get pushed and execute your program properly.  By having professional guidance and accountability along the way you will be able to achieve results faster than you could have imagined!

Mike's Story

Mike called in January of 2024.  His blood sugar was all over the place and he was worried about lifting weights with his shoulder replacement.  From Day 1 of signing up he changed his diet.  After two months he was down over 20 lbs and his doctors were impressed with his blood sugar.  Completely stabilized.  After a full year in the books he dropped 50 lbs and is able to Overhead Press and Bench Press with weight again.  He averaged two training sessions per week.  He no longer wears a Glucose Monitor and has less frequent check ins with the doctor.
