Most Group Exercise classes focus on making you tired and breaking a sweat.  But every class is random and new.  There is no way to measure your progress that way.

We pride ourselves on being one of the only gyms that has been able to adapt the science based programs of customized personal training into the group exercise setting.  We guarantee you will get stronger and drop body fat.

You will never have to do a single burpee or loads of boring cardio.  It doesn’t matter if it’s your first day in the gym, you have a nagging injury or you’re an experienced lifter.  All levels are welcome!

Strongman Conditioning

Our most popular class – combination of weight training and cardio for the ultimate fat burn workout.

Saturdays 9:45 AM

Strongman Strength

Learn all of the basic lifts and how to use the Strongman implements.  More strength focused, still some conditioning as well.

Thursdays 7:00 PM

Strongman TEAM/Partner

Similar to our conditioning class but every workout is completed with a partner or as an entire group.  Warning: you will make friends.

ARMageddon

Pure Biceps and Triceps.  Whether you want to look good on the beach or reach new Strength gains, this class is for everyone.

Recovery Mondays

A 90-minute special night of recovery. Stretching, mobility, cardio and Abs.  We will spend a little portion of the class on each thing.  We will focus on steady state cardio for recovery and more fat burning.  The stretching and mobility will work on the hips, shoulders, knees and lower back to keep your pain at bay.  Then we will have extra abdominal work to improve your training and core strength.

We will set up a call or meeting to go over your goals and go through a full assessment to see which class is best for you.

Step 2: Free Week Trial

After completing the movement assessment to see what level is appropriate for you, you will be invited to try a free week of classes.  Come experience the different workouts.

Step 3: Choose Your Package

We have options for 1x per week, 2x per week and an UNLIMITED package that includes our Nutrition Club.

"Down over 10% in body fat!"

A warm and comforting place to work out at your own pace. I am able to use the equipment. I’m comfortable with and receive timely feedback on my form and Nick effectively communicates how I can get better. Since I started I’ve gotten appreciatively stronger and reduced my body fat Over 10% with Nick‘s guidance. I highly recommend Nick as a trainer and as a mentor for nutrition and better health.

"I hate missing class!"

I was initially hesitant to do the classes because I was afraid I couldn't get through them and didn't want to embarrass myself in front of a group. Everyone was so motivating, and I was able to get through the workout and now I never miss a class!
