Here are some answers to the questions we get asked the most

No, we do not offer any gym memberships.  This is for 1-1, semi-private and group classes only. You must work with a coach.

We range from Body Composition (Fat Loss and/or Build Muscle), Strength, Rehab and Sports Performance programs.  All come with Nutrition included.

Yes! Nutrition coaching comes with your training package.  Our Nutrition coach has over 10 years of experience helping create Nutrition plans and educating clients so they can achieve great results.  Training without Nutrition can only get you so far.

Every session, whether 1-1, semi-private or group, will always be 60 minutes.

Each Training and Nutrition program is customized based on your starting level.  We want to make sure every exercise is safe and starting at the appropriate level.  If we do not assess then we won’t know where to begin.  This ensures the best results possible.

Yes, in fact many of our clients have come in with injuries and have been able recover way quicker once incorporating a proper Training and Nutrition program.

We train athletes in all sports.  Each athlete will undergo an assessment so we can create a program that works on their weaknesses and create a better athlete.

No! We are nothing like Bootcamp or Crossfit.  Each member has to be screened to make sure they can safely complete our group programs.  If there are any injuries, our coaches are able to change exercises for you.  We plan ahead of time a year’s worth of progressions so you never repeat the same phase.

Every client will be signing up for packages that get billed monthly.  Prices vary depending on how many times per week you train.  Each package comes with Nutrition Coaching: monthly check ins, body fat measurements, food templates and optional supplement recommendations.

Yes, but under specific circumstances.  In order to qualify for online training you must either have 3 months of experience working with one of our trainers or purchase a hybrid package where you can simultaneously work with a trainer and have workouts to complete on your own.  This ensures the program is executed properly and you will get results.
