How Does It Work

Step 1: Set Up Your Athletic Assessment

We will go through a very detailed movement assessment then test your baseline strength, speed and power numbers.  We need to find out the athlete’s strengths and weaknesses.  Then we can set up goals to hit for your sport.

Step 2: Program Design

Your coach will then use the data gathered from the assessment to develop a custom program to get you the fastest results and enhance your athletic potential.

Step 3: Train Hard, Get Results

Meet with your coach to properly execute your workout program.  Expect big improvements in muscle, strength, speed, power, jumping and body composition.  We will provide the data and results so you can see how much you improved.
